•       The SMA-15 is a machine designed for the separation of pre-assembled and pre-etched printed circuit boards. It can separate boards made of CEM, FR4 and Aluminium (Metal Core PCB). The design of the SMA-15 allows the separation of boards up to 650 mm in lenght, with a maximum depth of 150 mm and with on-board components with a maximum height of 36 mm. The adjustment of the cutting thickness (Z-axis) and the translation of the circular blade (X-axis) can be set via the control panel and performed in automatic motion. The front support surface is easily adjustable in height using a knob located underneath it.    

  • The SMA-10DL is a machine designed to separate Printed Circuit Boards which have been previously V-scored. It works either on traditional materials like FR4 as well as on Aluminium substrates (MCPCB). Thanks to its unique design, the SMA-10DL can depanel both short and long boards, either bare or populated on one side only. In this last case, the maximum component height is 32 mm. The alignment system allows three degrees of regulation. The first regulation is the height of the reference plan in relation to the cutting blades thanks to the use of a scaled knob. Then a guide allows to easily position the scored line aligned with the cutting blades and finally a mechanical reference assures the correct positioning of the panel. The guide can be easily adjusted to compensate different scoring depth. The separated PCBs lay on a different plane also adjustable in height to allow a good positioning even in case of populated boards on both sides. The cutting blades have a diameter of 125 mm, and the lower blades are motorized with controlled speed adjustable from 0 to 120 rpm. The upper blades can be controlled in height, thus controlling the distance from the lower blades and adapt to different material thicknesses.

                   
  • The SMA-10L is a machine designed to separate pre-scored Printed Circuit Boards, equipped with 2 blades. It works on traditional materials like FR4 or CEM. Thanks to its unique design, the SMA-10L can depanel both short and long boards bare or populated (only on one side). In this last case, the maximum component height is 32 mm. The alignment system allows three degrees of regulation. The first regulation is the height of the reference plan in relation to the cutting blades. This is achieved by an apposite knob. Then a guide allows to easily position the scored line aligned with the cutting blades and finally a mechanical reference assures the correct positioning of the panel. The guide can be easily adjusted to compensate different scoring depth. The separated PCBs lay on a different plane also adjustable in height to allow a good positioning even in case of populated boards on both sides.
